It's an honor to join this distinguished panel to discuss the exaggerated fear of breast cancer when using hormones. We discuss the Women's Health Initiative, a huge prospective study, which didn't even contain actual human hormones. Thankfully, a comprehensive compilation of what we currently know about keeping our breasts free from disease, including breast cancer, is available as an engaging book and multimedia presentation offered by Ingrid Edstrom, FNP, M.Ed., CTT. Her new book and eBook, Protect Your Breasts and The Proactive Breast Wellness Program is her magnus opus and a labor of love. —Carol Petersen, RPh, CNP

Lies are Unbekoming

I provided a written interview for this Substack “Lies are Unbekoming”. Responding to the questions provided by the Substack author is an opportunity to flesh out the history and background of hormone use.
