Low Cholesterol is Dangerous!
Recently six of my clients in a row, presented with very low cholesterol levels. Levels around 160 are already considered to indicate a higher rate of mortality from all causes. Cholesterol is the material needed to make all the sex and adrenal steroid (four ring structure similar to cholesterol) hormones and vitamin D and bile to ensure proper assimilation of fat from the diet. Cholesterol is also a building block needed by all the cells in our body.

Conventional medicine demonizes cholesterol, one of the most important molecules for life itself! One of those six had a lab test of 122. This was not even flagged on the test as abnormal. The range indicated that anything below 200 was acceptable. Dr. Thomas Lewis of Health Revival Partners has been studying the literature to ascertain the optimal ranges for lab tests.
Dr. Lewis recommends for the best quality of life and longevity, total cholesterol should be in the range of 220-280.

Dr. Sergey Dzugan, author of āThe Magic of Cholesterol Numbersā observes that both the very low and very high (above 300) levels may improve with using supplemental hormones and vitamin D and bile. All six of my clients had serious hormone deficiencies.
